(This warranty is valid in Singapore main island ONLY.)
Free transport & labour for the first 12 months, thereafter, on-site charges apply.
GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD, warranty that if within the stated period of warranty from date of purchase this appliance is proved to be defective by reason only of faulty workmanship or materials and not for any other reason whatsoever, we will arrange for repair, or at our discretion, replacement of the defective parts or material on condition set forth below:-
1. This warranty card must be fully completed with product description, date of purchase, customer and installer's particulars and acknowledgement by Authorised Dealer and posted within 10 days of purchase. Warranty is effective from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty card must be presented together with the original purchase receipt at the time of service. Falling which the company reserves the right to decline any warranty claims.
3. The appliance shall be operated solely for domestic usage and not for commercial or industrial purposes as well as for rental/leasing or any other usage whatsoever and used strictly in accordance with the instruction manual as provided by
the manufacturers of the appliance.
4. This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser, installed at its original location, and shall not be transferable, negotiable, assignable to any third party or replaceable in the event of the loss of this card.
5. In no event shall GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD be liable for consequential loss or incidental damages, including loss of use or profits resulting from the appliance.
6. All scratches, dents, cracks, noise, natural wear and tear, paintwork, corrosion, rusting, stains, colour deterioration on the body casing of the appliance and all accessories of external parts such as power cord, power plug, control panel, batteries, remote control; including all detachable parts such as fan blade, knob, buttons and grille cover of the appliance are not covered under warranty.
7. Our decision on all queries relating to complaints of defects either due to workmanship or materials shall be conclusive and the original purchaser shall agree to abide by such decision. Any appliance or defective part which has been replaced shall become GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD’s property.
8. This warranty will be considered void if the appliance is exported out of Singapore or relocated to another address.
9. GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD reserves the right of any final decision on all warranty claims.
THE WARRANTY WILL BE CONSIDERED VOID IN THE FOLLOWING EVENT(S), WHEREBY ON-SITE SERVICE, TRANSPORT, LABOUR AND PARTS WILL BE CHARGEABLE;
a. Installation is not carried out as recommended or subjected to alteration and the appliance’s usage is not in accordance with its requirements as stated in Section 3 of the terms & conditions of this warranty card and in the instruction manual.
b. Defects caused by the use of third party products or parts, contact with corrosive chemical, accident, abuse, attacks of household pests, natural disasters such as lightning, fire, flood, pollution, civil unrest, abnormal or wrong voltage, usage of
generator, improper installation, negligence and misuse.
c. The fault is not due to the appliance’s manufacturing defects.
d. The appliance is removed, modified, adjusted, altered, tempered, handled or repaired in any way by any persons other than those authorised by GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD.
e. The serial number or label affixed to the appliance or part is removed, altered, defaced, tampered or made illegible.
After the warranty period, all services and parts provided will be chargeable at standard rates determined by GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD. Any modification to the Terms & Conditions of this card will void the warranty with the exception of consent or written agreement from GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD. While GTS ASIA MARKETING PTE LTD endeavours to repair any defects after the warranty period, it is subject to availability.
